The goal of the retreat is to foster a deeper connection with the guru Bhagavan Krishna, in preparation for Janmashtami. The first half of the retreat will be dedicated to deep meditation, silence, Kirtans, and the study of the teachings.
The final days of the retreat will be more relaxed and social, with various excursions to the nearby beach or hikes in the mountains behind us. Surrounded by mountains, forests, and the nearby beach, the retreat location also invites you to take beautiful walks in nature. You can view a draft of the retreat program at the following link.
The group house has 24 beds in rooms for 2-4 people. The retreat will be conducted in English. The retreat fee for 8 nights, including meals (which we prepare ourselves), is around 300 Euros.

For this Y.O.G.A. retreat, there is again the possibility to receive a reduction in the retreat fee if needed. Please don’t hesitate to ask the board (treasurer@youthofgoldenage.de) about this. We are happy to support every devotee we can in participating in the retreat. 🙂
