Due to many suggestions from participants of the last Kriya Yoga Sadhana Retreat, we have some very special news for you this year: for the first time, the retreat will be extended to two weeks! This will give participants the opportunity to experience the length and depth of this very special retreat in a whole new dimension.

In the first part of the retreat, we will immerse ourselves in our Kriya Yoga Sadhana and devote several days to the study and dedicated practice of the Kriya technique. In the second part, we will devote ourselves entirely to “Guru Sharanam,” that is, devotion and surrender into the arms of our beloved Guru. In this part, we will also devote ourselves to a deeper understanding of the guru-disciple relationship, which is so important on our path. Hence the new retreat name “Kriya Yoga Plus Devotion” Retreat 🙂

About the program: Youth of Golden Age (Y.O.G.A.) is loyal and devoted to Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) and practices exclusively its teachings and techniques in faithful adherence to its guidelines. In that spirit, this retreat includes no instruction or discussion of techniques by participants. All audio and video talks and classes are delivered by SRF monastics..
All interested persons should be aware that this retreat is characterized by many days of silence, during which we devote many hours to deep meditation. A certain amount of discipline and perseverance is therefore required of each participant. All interested participants are asked to study the retreat program before registering in order to get an idea of what to expect.

The retreat will take place in the Swiss mountain village of Tschlin, which many of us already know and which is known to be the ”most silent village of Switzerland”. Surrounded by mountains, forests, and rivers, the retreat location also invites you to take beautiful walks in nature. You can get an idea of the house by clicking on the following link.

Due to the content of the program, only SRF Kriyabans can participate in this retreat. The number of participants is limited to approximately 15.

The entire retreat will take place from March 28 to April 11, 2026 (around Easter). All participants are encouraged to attend the entire two weeks if possible. However, we also want to offer the following two options to those who can only participate in the first part:

Option 1:
Participation from March 28 to April 11 (14 days) at a price of EUR 815.

Option 2:
Participation from March 28 to April 6 (a total of 9 days until Easter Monday) at a price of EUR 540.

These prices include accommodation (in shared rooms) and meals (which we prepare ourselves). For an additional charge, it is also possible to have a double room and, depending on capacity, a single room, but more information on this can be found in the registration form linked below.

Please register by February 22 using this registration form. Experience has shown that places for this special retreat are booked up relatively quickly, so it is worth registering early.
