After we already had the pleasure to hold three wonderful Guru-Bhakti Retreats in Tschlin in the “Swiss Himalayas” this year, the first Y.O.G.A. Christmas Retreat will take place there from December 23rd to 29th, 2022. Surrounded by snow-capped mountain peaks, we will find in the ”quietest village in Switzerland”, as Tschlin is known, an ideal environment to dive deep within. The venue will be Seminarhaus Offener Geist.
The Christmas Retreat is, among others, for those who want to spend this spiritually very highly vibrating time together with their ”spiritual family” and also use this occasion to spend more time in silence and longer meditations (to experience “Christ-mas”). Of course, we will also have the traditional all-day Christmas meditation. There will also be more social days with a Christmas banquet as well as activities planned on snow and ice to enjoy the beautiful white mountain scenery around us. Then after the outdoor activities, the in-house sauna provides the necessary warming again 🙂
