Costs
If possible for you, you can donate 15 Euro per night for the house. Food is still a lot left from the New Years Retreat 🙂
You can bring your own bed linen, but there is also some available.

8:30 meditation with kirtan
Alternatively: 6:00 EEs and meditation until 12:00. 6 hours?

1:30 p.m. Excursion into nature
5:30 p.m. Energization Exercises
optional: sauna
6:30 Evening meditation
8:00 p.m.: dinner
